Don't Be "Just Another Guest" Make Your Time At The Lake The Best It Can Be with comfortable accommodations where you will really feel at home. This is a 3 B/R, 2 bath & sleeps 6 people. On beautiful Toledo Bend, Close to Pendleton Bridge which takes you to the Texas side of the lake. Although it is NOT on the lake it is very cozy & peaceful, close to a boat ramp. The living area includes a wraparound couch & recliner & a 55" Tv. The Dining room sits 6 at the table & 4 at the bar.

This home has plenty of parking & a 2 car garage.
Casa Terra will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Casa Terra Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
