We’ve stayed in this community every year for the last five years and we love the location. Pool, tennis, playgrounds, golf course. It’s a well-maintained area and pretty quiet.This house itself was updated and beautifully designed. We were not pleased, however, with the property management. The first day we arrived we alerted the property management that the tub stopper for the bathtub (for kids bath time) was not functional and that the freezer drawer was completely broken and did not close all the way. We never received a response, even though we were there for a full week. This resulted in all of our frozen foods melting and we had to rig a heavy stool to try to keep it even remotely sealed. The home had not been deep cleaned in a while so hanging towels over the shower door resulted in finding a layer of dust. In the upstairs king shower the mosaic tile on the floor was coming up in multiple spots and I cut my toe on one of the loose tiles.Extremely disappointed with the amount of money that we spent. They definitely just want to take your money and not offer any sort of customer service.We booked this somewhat last minute and will be going through a different company if we can help it.
