The main level of our townhome has beautiful travertine floors and is the perfect place for the whole family to be together and unwind after a day of exploring or soaking up the sun at the beach. It has a modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with most all of the essential tools/utensils you'll need for cooking and eating at home...just bring the groceries! We also have a Keurig and coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. Be sure to look in the cute canisters next to the Keurig for a few K-cups and single serve sugar packets to get you started! You'll also find gas grills located throughout our community, one of which is just a few steps from our townhome. Grilling tools can be found in our kitchen for your convenience.

Kick up your feet in the living room and sink into our sofa or loveseat as you enjoy your favorite movie or series on our flat screen, smart TV. This level also has a half bath and an outdoor patio with views of the marina for you to enjoy.

The second level of our townhome is where you will find all 3 bedrooms (smart TV's in each) and 2 full bathrooms. A twin air mattress can be found in the master bedroom for an extra guest. A $20 fee per day (per guest) will apply for each additional guest beyond 6. Please message us for details.

Long Term Stays:
Monthly discount available! Stays longer than 14 days may receive a house cleaning upon request, otherwise guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our townhome using provided cleaning supplies. A starter set of basic toiletries and supplies will be provided.

NOTE: We have a Ring doorbell at the entrance of our townhome that is capable of recording both video and audio for security purposes.
