The Space:
Relax in this expansive two-bedroom villa, featuring a sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a smart TV, and a living room that opens onto a patio and garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh breeze and a tranquil atmosphere. You'll also have private access to the upper deck, ideal for preparing meals and dining al fresco while admiring the stunning views of the mountains and lake.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire villa as well as the common areas such as tennis court, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse which includes pool tables, and projection room.

Common Areas Access Activation Policy:
To ensure a seamless experience in using the common areas, we kindly request that you complete the registration form for access card activation at least 48 hours before your arrival.
As we rely on the administration process for card activation, filling out the form at the last moment may result in the inability to access the common areas during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are crucial to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Conveniently located near Ajijic, just a short walk from shopping plazas, restaurants, and even a golf course, El Dorado offers luxurious condos in a gated residential community. This property is known for providing the most extensive five-star amenities in the Chapala Lakeside area.

Stay active in the fully equipped fitness center, and treat yourself to a soothing massage at the spa. The property also features peaceful decks and terraces, perfect for unwinding. For socializing and entertainment, the clubhouse includes pool tables, cozy lounges with Wi-Fi, a stage, and a fully equipped kitchen for hosting events.

Getting Around:
To get around, you can take the local buses, which run approximately every 20 minutes. The larger buses stick to the main highway and can even take you as far as Guadalajara. Meanwhile, the smaller buses combine highway routes with stops within the towns. Local taxis and Ubers are also available in the area.

Additional Information:
Lake and Mountain Views: Available exclusively from the rooftop observation deck.
El Dorado Management Hours: The office operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Reservations and the registration form for access cards must be submitted by Friday morning for activation.

Strictly Enforced Rules:

Smoking (including e-cigarettes, tobacco, or marijuana) is not allowed.
No illegal substances permitted.
No parties, gatherings, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; additional guest fees apply.
No pets allowed, though service animals may stay with prior notification to property management. This ensures we can provide the necessary accommodations and clarify house rules.
One towel set per guest will be provided.
Provided Amenities: Essential cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and cookware.

Penalties for Rule Violations: Failure to comply with the rules or causing damage to the property may incur fees.

Rate Adjustment: The price changes after the second guest.

Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, and Luggage Drop-Off:
Early check-in (from 12:00 PM) and late check-out (until 3:00 PM) are available only with prior approval and may incur additional charges.
Luggage drop-off is possible starting at 12:00 PM with prior approval. Please confirm availability before your arrival.
Requests for these services must be made in advance, and a valid credit card is required to secure the booking.
Common Area Access Activation:
To ensure smooth access to the shared facilities, please complete the registration form for the access card at least 48 hours before your arrival. Failing to submit the form on time may result in limited access to common areas.

Identity Verification:
A secure verification link titled "Restavio Guest Verification" will be sent to confirm your identity and provide extra protection during your stay. Please ensure this process is completed to avoid the cancellation of your reservation, which will incur a 7% booking fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded.
