Welcome to this delightful getaway at Topsail Island! This charming beach cottage has impeccable ocean and sound views from virtually every room, with beach access just steps away! Kids and dogs can safely play in the large, fenced yard. For the youngest members of your family or group, this home includes a portable crib (up to 50 pounds), highchair, and baby gate.

The home is decorated in a soothing nautical decor and offers a reverse floor plan to make the most of the gorgeous ocean and sound views from the top floor. It's worth getting up early at least one morning to catch the sunrise from the oceanside. Catch a seat at dusk on your deck to watch Mother Nature's fiery sunset show.

At ground level, there is ample parking, with a bad weather entry and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Level one offers three bedrooms, each with direct deck access through a sliding glass door, and two shared bathrooms.

The top level of the home houses the primary suite with its own romantic ocean-view deck. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a late-night glass of wine as you gaze at the starry sky. The primary bath is a lovely retreat, with its dual vanities, deep jetted tub, and separate standalone shower.

The living area offers the perfect spot for the family to gather together in front of the big-screen TV to watch a favorite movie or TV show together. Or, if you'd prefer some quiet time, pick a new book from the extensive library.

The front deck off the living area offers beautiful views of the ocean and sound. Find yourself preparing the family's favorite meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen as, every so often, you find yourself gazing at the deep blue of the sea, readily available from this space. Kitchen features include a flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and ice maker.

There are TVs in all bedrooms except one. For family enjoyment, find DVD players, movies, books, and games. Other extras include wireless internet, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, beach umbrellas, and various beach toys. Let the sea breezes refresh you on one of the four decks. Bring your camera to capture the spectacular sunrises and sunsets!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
