BATHROOM

The main entry has a bathroom on the left right outside the 1st bedroom. There is a vanity sink alcove preceding the door to shower and toilet. There is an outdoor area bathroom that is a full enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The master bath shower is also a tub. Large lighted vanity, toilet. All bathrooms have a three chambered dispenser containing body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Guest Requirements Prior to Booking Confirmation

** Must be at least 25years old

** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old.

** Names and identification will be requested by the host.

** Rental Agreement needs to be signed.

** We require that you send your ID upon confirmation of your booking and and authorize the $300 security deposit hold.

** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid, regardless of the cancellation policy.
