Upstairs bedrooms have teak King beds with plush linen duvets and cozy bedding, split system AC, ceiling fans, hanging pendant bedside lights with separate switches for personal nighttime reading, private closets, and beautiful light filtering windows with blackout blinds for sleeping in, and personal smart TVs. Oceanside bathroom has a beautiful free-standing tub with a waterfall flowing spout and a rainfall shower all inclosed in seamless custom glass with champagne linen wall tile and penny tile flooring throughout. Vanities and mirrors have wall sconces for great lighting when you are getting ready for an evening out. The Mountainside bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a private closet and a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with a rainfall shower. Both en-suite bathrooms have luxurious smart bidet toilets for added cleanliness and comfort. Upstairs includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Downstairs includes a half bathroom with Rifle & Co wallpaper and hanging vintage light with white wainscoting. The living room has a custom wall to separate the staircase and the living room where you will find a beautiful slipcovered couch, 2 comfy and cozy reading chairs, a beautiful monkeypod wood coffee table handmade by @rameycustoms from a monkeypod tree cut down just outside the Puamana gates. The living room includes a 65” smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung Bespoke Glass Appliances (refrigerator including ice maker and water filter, oven, and dishwasher), a beautiful white porcelain farm sink, floating shelves with wall sconces, and under cabinet lighting. Cabinet knobs and Kitchen faucet are aged bronze for an antique modern design. Above the stove is a custom wood range hood. The kitchen has a solid teak table with 2 hanging basket pendant lights and beautiful chairs with white cushions to seat 6.

Under the stairs is a little kid reading nook.

The front lanai has a beautiful rattan hanging loveseat with foliage to sit and relax, read a book, or have a cup of coffee.

The back outdoor lanai (patio) has a beautiful whitewash teak daybed and 2 hanging hammock chairs for lounging in the afternoon, a large connect four games, along with many other family games to enjoy, a grill for cooking freshly caught fish from the Lahaina Harbor, a beautiful hot and cold outdoor private shower, and a storage closet full of beach chairs, towels, toys, coolers, etc.

This beautiful home has a peeking ocean views, is steps to the ocean, and offers easy access to the oceanfront Puamana Clubhouse where you can enjoy nightly sunsets on the veranda and star-filled skies. It is easy to access to the Ocean Front Pool where you will feel the ocean spray as you bask in the sun, splash in the pool, or watch the surf. Puamana has 3 pools for your use while on vacation.
