Home okay. Resort is nice.
The Windsor resort is very nice. We loved the pool, waterslides, and lazy river. Location of the resort is close to groceries, shopping, and all of the common tourist activities in Orlando. The townhome location is nice as you can walk to the clubhouse.
The house is NOT a premium brand new townhome as it says in the listing. The carpet was stained all over and there were marks on the walls. The couch in the living room pulls apart, there is artwork of a topless woman in one of the bedrooms, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and there was a broken chair out near the pool. We were honestly disappointed when we first walked in. But overall it was adequate for the week.
You will need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent, and dish towels for the week. There are only two towels per bedroom and no extra blankets so keep that in mind.
Make sure you take time to examine all the towels, bedding, and property and report anything that is stained, ripped, broken or seems amiss. One of my young children didn’t report that one of her towels was ripped and so now we are being charged for a ripped towel that we didn’t rip.
Communication with the owner was timely and she answered all my questions. We just disagree about the towel.
I would stay at this resort again, just not this house unless it had newer carpet, fresher paint, and more linens and amenities.
