The space:
This stunning North Dallas condo has been completely renovated and newly furnished creating a clean and stylish living space. The living area features beautiful modern furniture, a swivelable 50" Roku TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, an abundance of cabinet space and a gorgeous dining area with floor to ceiling mirrors for you and your guests to enjoy home cooked meals.

Modern and dripping with character the spacious bedroom is the perfect place to rest or work. The queen bed truly is fit for a queen. You’ll be tempted to lay down and snuggle up for the entire stay. However, if there’s work to be done, you’ll have no problem setting up and plugging in at full size work station. The bedroom also has a wall mounted Roku TV and blackout curtains which makes it easy to turn your days into nights and catch up of your favorite shows.

The bathroom features beautiful upgrades with new fixtures and a large walk-in shower. Plus, lots of cabinet and drawer space where you will find plenty of towels, toiletries and a hair dryer for your convenience. Connected to the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet with shelves, shelves and more shelves! Plenty of space for all those new clothes you’ll be buying from the Galleria Mall (which is just around the corner).

And for your guests, a queen size air mattress that has adjustable head rests and is the height of a standard bed is provided along with fresh linens, extra pillows and a blanket. They will also have access to their own restroom (or at least half of their own restroom) with all the same upgrades as the full bathroom with the exception of the shower. They will even have their own closet space outside of the bedroom.


Guest access:
The condo comes with an assigned, covered parking spot which is location directly in front of the unit. Directly across the parking lot there are several parking spot for guests that are always available.

Your comfort is my priority, so if there is anything that has not been provided that will make your stay more comfortable be sure to let me know and I will take care of it. I try to think of everything, but every guest is different and I want to make sure that your individual needs are taken into consideration during your stay. For this reason, I offer a 24 hour concierge service for all my V.I.G.s (Very Important Guests). That means you, so, when it comes to your needs, don’t hesitate to communicate.
