It’s situated 5 minutes away by subway/tram from Prague city center, it's the best area to go out for a walk and have everything around the corner: supermarkets, amazing restaurants, bistros, cafes, gym with sauna and jacuzzi in the building, plus metro/tram.

The layout of the apartment is:
- one king-size bedroom, with a queen size bed sleeping in lovely fragrance fluffy bedsheets.
- living room with open kitchen, fully equipped + coffee, tea, spices
- bathroom with a large build in shower
- separate toilette.

In the living room, which is situated on the opposite side of the bedroom, there is an extensible sofa, it is very comfortable to sleep on it, as it has memory foam mattress on top.

In the bathroom you will find everything you need:
- shower gel
- shampoo and conditioner
- towels
- hair straightener, hair dryer, styling foam

The neighborhood is a great place to spend your time, thanks to a slew of new growth that’s turned the area into one of the city’s most dynamic districts.
Karlín district is squeezed between the River Vltava and Vítkov Hill, paradoxically acquired a new lease on life from the devastating flood of 2002.
Today it is a vibrant part of the metropolis, attracting especially the young and hip. Locals and visitors head here for the trendy cafés and bistros, but also for the cultural venues in former factory halls.
