The Space:

Filled with warmth and inviting touches, this home boasts two cozy bedrooms and a tranquil patio with views of the aspen trees making it the ideal place to rest up for your limitless Rocky Mountain adventures.

As you enter, you will find yourself in the lovely kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, a double-basin sink, and granite countertops. Completely outfitted with everything you need to craft your latest culinary creation, the kitchen also boasts a dining table with seating for four in the space so that you can go from oven to table with ease. The kitchen and dining areas are also open to the living area so you can dine, set up a game or tackle a puzzle without missing a thing.

Just off of the kitchen/dining area, find the intimate and stylish living area. Outfitted with a roomy sofa, two stylish armchairs, a coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a media console stocked with games from Jenga to Taboo, you will feel right at home in this space. A fireplace completes the space and serves as a charming focal point for this room, where you will find it easy to relax after a day of fun. Settle in, kick back and unwind by the fire or turn on a favorite show - you can do it all in this homey space. This condo has one bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower with a glass door that is located near both bedrooms and just off of the kitchen/living area, making it easy to access from everywhere in the home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the outdoor balcony, as well as parking for two vehicles in front of the building. Please note that parking passes are required.

The Mesa Cortina Wilderness Open Space, Buffalo Mountain, Lily Pad Lake, and Salt Lick Trailheads are all located just minutes away. If you want to hit the slopes, you can find yourself at Copper Mountain in 13 minutes or Keystone Ski Resort in 19 minutes. Make the most of your close proximity to stunning Lake Dillon and take in a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater just 11 minutes away or shop the Outlets at Silverthorne in just 7 minutes. While in Silverthorne, you can picnic at Rainbow Park - a 7-acre park along the Blue River - or walk the scenic Blue River Trail. From this home, you can truly do it all.

Please note that, like most homes in Silverthorne, this home does not have A/C. This home is located on an upper level and there are 25 steps to the entrance.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
