Dune Our Thing #114 is a gorgeous, 5 bedroom, oceanfront home ready for you to enjoy! This is a Landmark Vacation Rentals home that offers plenty of space for a multi-family beach trip with the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen on the top floor with fantastic ocean views! Enjoy waking up each morning and sipping your coffee on the top deck while watching the sun rise over the ocean. There is plenty of room to cook and gather in the kitchen and living spaces on the top floor and find your peace as you gaze out the wall of windows to the sea, and guests will have ample seating for movies and game nights after a day on the beach! The kitchen offers bar seating for 5 as well as a dining table with seating for 8. For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the top level as well as one bedroom with queen-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom including a standup shower.

The lower level has four additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV and private en-suite bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower. The deck off the master has its own private entrance for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean anytime of the day or night. Down the hall, you will find a third bedroom with a set of twin over twin bunkbeds and a fourth bedroom with a set of twin over full bunkbeds and TV. The bunkbed rooms share the full hall bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with standup shower. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor for your convenience.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited inside. There is no landline telephone in this home. Cable TV is provided for some TVs a using the provided Spectrum cable box. Other TVs are Smart TVs with streaming capability. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through LandmarkRentals.Rent who will deliver your grill clean and fueled. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house. The beach access is at the dune walkover under the carport. This is for beach access only, please do not play on the dune, thank you for your cooperation!
