Dwelling Place has a multitude of things to do for family fun and is well equipped to handle all kinds of entertaining. Ping Pong and pool tables will bring laughter, and custom builtin bunks will give you proper rest.



Dwelling Place is located in the highly desirable Coosawattee River Resort. Enjoy its many parks with river access! Fishing, tubing, and kayaking are a MUST, while here, family fun adventures are endless!

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:



Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $245 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it is for use of the resorts gates), and a 15% lodging tax
