Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
Firstly didn’t even get to stay at the property. The host did not contact me prior and I also was unable to contact host. I contacted Expedia team via Virbo and customer care team assured me that all was well. When I got to the property area around it was dirty . To top it off place was occupied by someone else . I booked over 3 months in advance and my payment was taken. I called virbo again and they tried to contact host but wasn’t able to reach . The Expedia team via virbo customer care assured me someone would email and I could get a full refund . I’m still waiting to be contacted regarding my full refund. They took my money instantly but still haven’t heard from anyone . Can some one please let me know when I will get my money back. To too it off they couldn’t even offer me an alternative accommodation on the day . Very disappointed with the service. I don’t know why property is still listed should be black listed . No communication from the host or Expedia . Worst service
