Birthday weekend

Short 3 day stay to celebrate my brother's birthday. Property is exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Steps to the beach. Lots of restaurants on the strip. Foxwoods casino a short walk away. We have no complaints about the property itself. The host communication was great. All questions were answered before we could even ask. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS HOWEVER HERE ARE A FEW FYI'S WHEN MAKING YOUR DECISION: The countertop doesn't have plug for use of coffee maker or toaster which we thought was weird. Didn't use either however if you need to I'd suggest moving the high top table to the other side. There is a plug there that is high up and can accommodate use of those items. If you are a light sleeper, your rest will be disturbed. It's not soundproof. You will hear every and I mean EVERY sound outside. This property is on a main road. There vehicles with loud music, motorcycles, etc. When people finally go to sleep, the sound of the waves is calming Overall the stay was great! Will definitely chose again!

Excellent. Would stay again.

Great view. Goid pool for lap swimming, terriffic beachfront. Clean, well maintained apartment , well appointed with all the comforts we needed in the unit.

Amazing Space

While we had a bumpy check-in process we did have a wonderful time in this place! It was exactly what we needed! It felt like a modern room in a boutique hotel with a kitchenette. It had everything you could ask for and more. While my sis and I love Isla Verde Beach we do have family around the island and like to beach hop - they provided beach towels, chairs and even a cooler. It was perfect. We were obviously the first guests so the cleanliness was top-notch. We tried our best to return it just as clean for the next lucky guests to stay here. We love this building for its location and amenities and were so happy to have found this gem of a unit - we will def be returning!
