This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom gulf-front condo is located on the 8th floor of the luxurious Shores of Panama Resort and it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It provides a "home away from home" feel while enjoying your beach vacation. The condo has been styled in contemporary and cheerful decor with comfortable and high-end furnishings. The kitchen includes updated appliances and granite countertops with plenty of cookware and utensils to use during your stay. The furnished, private balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf Coast while overlooking the lagoon-style pool, courtyard, and gulf. It has a formal dining room, three separate bedrooms, a bunk room, and three full bathrooms: two Master Bedrooms each with a King sized bed and en suite bathroom to offer privacy, a 3rd Bedroom with Queen sized bed, a Bunk-room with Twin over Twin bunk bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa in the spacious living room, and a 3rd private bathroom. The condo is conveniently next door to world famous Pineapple Willy's restaurant, across the street from Walmart, and close to many attractions. We hope to see you soon!

This condo is self-check-in. For your safety, each guest will have a different door access code which will only be valid for each guest's stay.

NOTES:
- Shores of Panama Resort charges a one-time flat rate of $115 resort fee for your entire vacation stay for up to 10 people. You will pay this fee directly to the Shores of Panama Resort at the concierge desk (in the main lobby of the 1st floor) upon your arrival to receive a "Registration Packet" which includes up to 10 wristbands and 2 parking passes for your 2 reseved parking spots. With the wristbands, you will enjoy the gated resort that includes a fitness center, beautiful lagoon-style pool, hot tub, heated indoor pool, evening live music, and private access to the beach from the pool. Stepping onto the beach you have access to activities like Banana Boat rides, Parasails, Dolphin Tours, Pontoon Boats, and chair/umbrella rentals. Check the booth on the beach for pricing.
- We also own another condo (sleep 6) right next to this one, so message us if you would like to also book it for your party.

Wonderful stay

It was the week of July 4th so we knew it would be crowded on the beach, pool, elevator and restaurants but we managed just fine. We had a wonderful time together. Fireworks were all around us so we only had to watch out a window or some went out on the balcony. It was loud at times but once again to be expected. The unit itself was very clean and had all the essentials for our stay. Having the parking spots on the same level as the room were a big plus for us and also the location of the reserved spots in the garage were great. It was nice to go down to the pool in the morning (I was burnt) where it had quite a bit of shade for most of the morning hours. Security was also on top of their game. You are not allowed to save chairs, hang towels on balconies or shine lights off your balcony - we saw them going to doors and making people remove saved places. Also you have to wear an armband to get into the property from the garage or from the beach. Very secure. The workers also did a great job keeping the areas clean and tidy around the pool and in the hallways. Lee was very responsive to any questions we had.

Labor Day Getaway

Our property owner was AMAZING to communicate with! The condo description was accurate. Everything we needed to cook with was found in our kitchen or pantry. The balcony has plenty of seating and even extra floats and a couple of beach chairs. The furniture was nice and clean and comfy. The beds were new it seemed and very comfortable. I will certainly book this same condo again! Right next door, walking distance to Pineapple Willys. Walking distance to Walmart.

Great Location, Property & Two Parking Spots

I've stayed at Shores of Panama twice now in two different properties. My knock with SoP is always the elevators and parking garage. However, one of the best perks with this property is the two spots in the garage. We were traveling with family and the spots are on the same floor (8) as the property. The property itself is updated and the communication with the owner was spot on.

This Luxurious Shores of Panama 8th floor condo was completely renovated in 2022, with new furniture, bedding, appliances, and 65" and 55" smart TV. Two reserved parking spots on same floor avoid elevators bringing in your luggage and supplies. This is not your average Shores of Panama Unit, we have upgraded it with features as if it were our own home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals.
