Access to the Truman Parkway will have guests to the beach at Tybee Island or to Savannah-Hilton Head Int’l Airport in 35 minutes. The property, part of a duplex, has been newly renovated and lies close to shopping and restaurants in a friendly, working-class neighborhood. It is an affordable option for a single person or a couple working in the area.

The home has a bright living room with lots of natural light plus room to stretch and breathe. The kitchen comes stocked with the amenities you expect from home. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A dedicated workspace provides guests with a desk and swivel chair on days they wish to work from home.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a premium Nectar mattress.

There is a back yard with a patio that is shared with guests in Unit A. All TVs are SmartTVs that come with a few local channels as well as the ability for guests to log into their own Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts.

Off-street parking. Guests will need access to a car during their stay in Savannah.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests may stay as long as they need, as long as the minimum stay is met. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.

The unit has a laundry area, which is shared with Unit A next door. A washer and dryer are available. They are located in a separate room on the first floor.

This home is pet friendly. The back yard is a safe place to exercise pets, and there are parks nearby for recreation.

Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
