Town home is located in Nags Head. This comfortably furnished, three bedroom townhouse provides everything you need for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. With the sparkling shores of the Atlantic Ocean only minutes away, along with close proximity to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions. Take a seat on one of our two patios and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of your rental.
Can’t stay an entire week. Now offering short stays and flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. We allow partial week stays (two-night minimum) to be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out. Book your Stay, Your Way! Pets are allowed (with a non refundable deposit). No smoking/vaping (violation of this rule will result in no return of security deposit).

Worst place to stay

I rented this place for vacation. A place I thought we could be able to relax and enjoy with my family but we did not fulfill that. The place was extremely durty (dust, mold, hair, dirty dishes, unclean toilets etc). I was very disappointed. I felt sad, angry frustrated. Please DO NOT book this place. We stayed in unit 1. I spoke with the manager about the place been durty amd he assured me that he cleaned the place which was obviously not cleaned. I told him that the place looked durty i even pointed out to him the most obvious and I emphasized that he is charging me for cleaning services and I am not getting a clean place. He said that he can clean it for me if that is what I wanted, I said yes but I knew he wouldn't be able to clean it in time. I had to buy towels and bed sheets in order to be able to sleep and not feel disgusted, I even bought some cleaning supplies. I could keep on adding more bad things about this place but there is not enough words to describe our terrible experience.

Mini Get Away

Easy walk to beach. Nice having an elevator to bring things in and out. Location very quiet. Only nite: Kitchen is in need of additional pots and pans and kitchen gizmos (wine opener, strainer, etc). Check in process and communicating with owner was seamless.

August vacay

Overall the renting process was seamless. Only was a little surprised that this place was located on top of a business and at first was a taking a little off guard by this but the room was very nice and views of the ocean were pleasant as well. It was actually nice having the beach place store and a pizza place in the same building it was made it very convenient.

Worst Day Ever

This property is advertised as a townhouse. The day I received the check in information I was told it was in a big yellow building with a pizza place and beach shop in the front. It is more like a two-story apartment or condo in the back of commercial property. As we entered, I heard the TV blaring and thought maybe the cleaning crew was still there. It was the landlord, waiting for the AC company. He said, "oh, Laura didn't tell you? The AC is broken". When I asked when they found out, he said, "this morning". It would have been great to know this earlier, as we could have skipped or postponed the 5 hour drive. It was 84 degrees in the unit. He offered to stay while we dumped our stuff and went to the beach but we did not feel comfortable with that, so we waited. And waited. No one came. In the meantime we started looking around the place. It was old, worn out and dirty. There was food in the sink, the floors covered in crumbs and dirt (so bad that my 20 year old son pulled out the vacuum), bathrooms barely cleaned, you could see the table had been wiped because there was a visible film of something smeared all over it, crumbs on one of the beds, couch was old and stained, silverware in the drawers was dirty, I could go on and on. I contacted the host and was told they were waiting for the AC guy and she would alert the cleaning crew so they could do a better job next time. After a while we are informed that the landlord has cancelled the AC repairman because he flipped the breaker and air was coming out of the vents. The air was cooler than the 84 degree air we were dealing with, but definitely not cold enough to cool down the unit to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The landlord kept arguing with us, saying it was working, but after 3 hours it had gone down one degree. So we called VRBO and were told we could get a hotel for the night and then try this place again in the morning or get a refund. We chose the refund. We drove 5 hours to get to Nags Head and wound up turning around the same day and driving 5 hours home (there were no other available units because it was high season and we had our small dog with us). I did receive a refund but wished we had not booked this unit in the first place.
