Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire three-story home, which is 2,477 square feet, including the garage. The home also includes a finely appointed and private outdoor balcony area. Certain closets are locked and are unavailable for guest access. I am available to assist in any way I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and relaxed. In fact, it is sometimes hard to believe the house is only 2 miles from Broadway Avenue! Starbucks within walking distance that also has drive thru window. Gas station with convenience mart and huge walk in beer cooler located within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located just off of Interstate 65 makes getting to the home very easy and then exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas just as easy. Downtown Broadway is just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away and it will only run about $6-$7.

Other Things to Note:
This community offers private security personnel on site on weekend nights.

We do not live onsite but am available as needed to make sure your stay is flawless.

Best birthday!! Great house and location.

Booked this for my 25th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Great communication and we’re able to check in a little early. We used stow station the first day to hold bags for a couple hours and the process was very easy and simple. This house had plenty of space and was perfect for my group of friends. Previous reviews scared me but I’m so happy I booked this.

I usally don’t leave review an usually not bad ones but this these people made me made The owner is a horrible an does want to fix thing correctly. When we arrived at the house the blinds for the slider was broke you could not walk out on the deck without going behind the blinds contacted the owners there response was thanks for letting use know. They charge a three hundred dollars cleaning fee there was food under the couch an in the couch there was a note in the fridge to wipe it out before you leave an wash the towel what am I paying a cleaning fee for if I have to do the work. Whoever there handyman or contractor does crappy work. The door handle on the main door doesn’t release to lock the door unless you pull up on the handle. There notes for the thermostat says this is a 2500 sq ft it doesn’t cool off fast. It not a hotel room. We was there for 4 days an the house never cooled off . We live in a 2900 sq ft house an it cooled off in 2 hours when we arrived home from 78 to 70 it was 98 degrees here. There was wasp nest under the deck an went out side they was flying around you on the deck or underneath when getting in the car. Theres a board hanging off by the front door an never came to fix said we will let the hoa know.

Great place!

We used Blake’s property for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time! More than enough room for all of us! The property was clean and organized as well! If we ever go back to Nashville I’d stay there again

I understand the stress sometimes brought on by travel and the importance of a peaceful, relaxing, and hassle free lodging experience and I have the background and knowledge to provide this for you and your group!

As for me, I stay pretty active with industry organizations, fitness, and going out a lot for dinner / entertainment. I love sports both in playing them and watching my Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks and Bulls. My newest endeavour is playing pickleball and I play A LOT of it!
