Located in Aldea Zama, this private villa is in the most secure neighborhood conveniently located between downtown and the beach. Close to shops, restaurants & cafes.

Open layout, lots of space, and tons of windows, truly a welcoming, bright, and cozy energy throughout the Villa. Upon entering is the spacious kitchen with an incredible island counter. The living room is bright and cozy with lots of seating. Connected to the living room is a private terrace and bathroom. Each bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bathroom/shower. The king-size bed in Master Bedroom can also be split into two twin beds. The rooftop terrace is located on the third floor of the Villa.

Access to the entire property and shared spaces in the complex. The property is full of greenery and beautiful landscaping with pools, bbq, and palapa seating area. Super close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. There is private parking and a door-man/24-7 security on site who can help you with any questions about the property or calling a taxi.

Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico
This is my favorite location in Tulum, as it's very safe and quiet and is in the best neighborhood, Aldea Zama. There are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants located in the neighborhood (within walking/biking distance) for you to explore. The Villa is close to the entrance of Aldea Zama so it offers an easy entrance and exit to the main road to town and the beach.

Getting around:
Yaxiik is a small, private and secure neighborhood with a dedicated parking spot for each individual Villa in front- you can safely have your car or bike here with all the convenience of parking and walking right up the front steps!
