For sleeping a there is a King bed in the master bedroom. A Queen bed in the second bedroom. Two Full size bunk beds and a twin bed trundle in the third bedroom. You also have a pullout sleeper sofa in the dining/living room, and a second pullout sleeper sofa in the game/living room.

Every part of the house is open to the guests.
