Helen Chalet Available for Octoberfest

Enjoy Alpine Helen's Octoberfest the first week in October in this Chalet that is walking distance from the festivities. Two bedroom (loft), 2 bath, upstairs unit (you must be able to climb a flight of stairs with all of your luggage to get into this unit) with one Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa (most of the time it is a pull out Sofa but you may be assigned a room where the sofa does not have a pull out bed), and 2 comfy recliners. The property runs along the Chattahoochee River and includes a clubhouse, river overlook, playground, tennis courts, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, large hot tub and grills are available for use. The unit has a balcony with a good view of the river and you are able to fish in the river with appropriate state licensing. You will be required to sign a short term rental agreement between you and the property owner shortly after booking. You will be sent an electronic signature request. Your rental is not complete until you have signed and returned your acceptance of the short term rental agreement.
