POLICIES/RULES

We strive to give a 5 star experience to all of our guests. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your Vegas stay. Please reach out if something is wrong to ensure we can get it corrected for you immediately.
(Please note: We appreciate your commitment in following our rules, If the rules are neglected and it leads to a dollar loss to the home you will be responsible for damages.)

* Please NO SMOKING (of any kind) inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio

* No unapproved events or parties - any unapproved taking place on the property will get you and your guests escorted off the property.

* No guests other than the guests on the reservation can be at the house without approval from host/management. If you have more guests than what the post says that the house can accommodate , please discuss with the hosts if there are options within the house to accommodate your amount of guests, we will try to support you in any way we can.

If at any point a key is lost there will be $100 fine
No pets allowed there will be a $200 fine if a pet is in the unit

We are not responsible for loss or damages to your car so please take all valuable items out of your car when parked

You will be held responsible for any damages that occurs in the unit. Please communicate with me if anything breaks.

Please do not disturb anyone in the complex
Do not rearrange furniture, Please leave everything as you see
If there are any maintenance issues please contact me immediately

Keep in mind this is Vegas and the strip is about 8 minutes away you may hear noises from people leaving the strip from partying or just having a good time.

If you are not checked out by 11:00 AM you will be charged another night fee
Ring camera will be on at all times please do not cover or mess with it. If camera is covered that will result in canceling your reservation. You will be asked to leave the property immediately
Please be respectful of your volume if your are playing music through speakers

No excessive trash left, i.e., all trash must be bagged, no trash left on kitchen counters, tables, floors, countertops, etc. Food must be disposed of properly. No trash bags can be left outside of the apartment, at any time.

By booking, you agree to all terms of service and all House Rules above.

Any violation of the house rules will result an immediate cancellation of your reservation
