The Space:
Skylark Villa has 4 bedrooms each with Air Conditioner & en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have king beds and 1 room has two queen beds. One word that can be used to describe this lovely abode is "charming".

One enters the villa through green wooden double doors that open onto an enchanted garden. Having meandered your way between the hanging vines you step into an airy living room with sun rays and pool vistas penetrating through one expansive opening and lush foliage visible through another. A cute but well equipped wet-bar stands ready to serve on one side. The pool deck cries out for "all-day chilling" and offers a choice between infinity edge pool and hot tub.

The villa is a carefully arranged and thoughtfully curated space encompassing both colonial & contemporary furnishing, modernist animal carvings and sleek linear finishes all brushed over with vibrant tropical colours. One can tell it's a multi-generational team of inspiration that has brought Skylark to life.

The staff are the jewel of this villa, with Sonia, Carron and Dennis you are sure to feel the Jamaican warmth and vibes you are looking for. There are internal and external dining options to satisfy your every whim.

We offer 150 Mbps Starlink WiFi internet, Smart TVs and plenty of entertainment for our guests. Located very close to Montego Bay, Skylark is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property with its beautiful swimming pool and lush gardens. Staff quarters is off limits.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Farm is the #1 neighborhood in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Half Moon Hotel. Spring Farm is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.

There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 5 minutes from Skylark.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Mystic Thai, Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville and The Houseboat Grill are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.

There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. These include free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club (with HOSPITALITYEXPERT access card), open from 9am-5pm daily, sometimes closed for private events.

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

At an additional fee for laundry is available. We provide a complimentary chef to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Skylark.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

•Strictly no smoking inside the house

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found at the bottom of each rubbish bin

•The water heater switch is located next to the kitchen window, please turn on 20 minutes before use and switch off after showering

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave

•If the dogs are bothering you please do let us know, we ask that you strictly do not feed the pets – dogs, birds or fish

Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
