The space

Our garden unit within a historic Chicago-style bungalow features plenty of windows with great natural light during the day. Each bedroom includes a memory foam mattress. The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a Queen size bed with a memory foam topper and plenty of pillows and blankets for comfort. The large TV in the living room features a Smart TV so you can log into any streaming service you desire and get cozy for a movie night in. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutting boards, and other kitchen appliances to meet your cooking needs.
Guest access

The entire garden unit is all yours during your stay and features keyless entry for an easy check-in and check-out process. You will receive an access code that will provide access during your stay through the front door. There is a laundry room located behind the back door of the unit that is a shared space for the rest of the building so you may hear someone back there doing laundry.

Parking:
Our property is located in a permitted parking zone and we offer complimentary parking passes to guests for street parking. There is plenty of parking in our permitted zone and detailed directions are provided upon booking.

We live upstairs so if you need anything during your stay, please let us know! There are also exterior security cameras on the property to keep our property safe and secure for your stay.
