There is something very special about this picturesque community. The grounds, gardens and common areas are beautifully maintained. The mountain views are stunning. Community pool, spa and firepit lounge area. This upper level condo also has its own private balcony patio. You are only minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
