There are several Beach Access locations within walking (or biking) distance!

The Barracuda Street Beach, Tarpon and Pompano Sreet Beach Accesses are allabout half a mile (10- to 12-minute walks) from the home.


 


The Crystal Beach Drive Beach Access is located about a 15-minute walk from Dune Alright.  This access has limited parking, but tends to be more private and less crowded.  Another two access points, The Shore at Crystal Beach Park and James Lee Park Beach Access (public parking, a pavilion, picnic tables and public restrooms), are both about a 17-minute walks from the home.


 

Hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service to get a ride to the beach!
They will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach!

 


The Beach Trolley runs from:
March 1st to April 17th


May 28th to October 31st


 



No large items or floats will be transported

All guests over 12 must have arm bands to utilize the trolley beach service

The trolley operates  from 9am-12pm and then from 1pm-5pm, daily, during season.



 


Pool Access:

The AMAZING Lagoon-style, zero-entry pool is located in the middle of The Villages of Crystal Beach, and is only a 350 FOOT (about a 1-minute) walk away from the front porch!  This pool area includes a spa, grilling area, TV and surround sound, as well as plenty of seating!

Dune Alright, ideally located at the end of a dead-end street, is one of only a few homes located a mere few steps from the amazing neighborhood lagoon pool (and Hot Tub)! Boasting an open floor plan with coastal decor, a fully-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a Keurig (along with a drip-style) coffeemaker, this home is the perfect home spot if you want to keep hosting family dinner on vacation.

The 2nd floor also features a Queen Guest Bedroom, and a Bunk Room with 2 Twin-over-Twin Bunkbeds. You can make the walk by foot, or hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day). They will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach!


 


The extensive community pool area at The Villages of Crystal Beach is one-of-a kind and cannot be missed! The HUGE lagoon-style, zero-entry pool is 30,000 square feet of crystal clear water meandering through lush island landscaping (complete with waterfalls)! There is also a spa, plenty of seating areas, surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to compliment your fun in the sun!


 

The Lagoon Pool is seasonally heated for the weeks of:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break (1st week of March to the 2nd week of April)!

The Villages of Crystal Beach Parking:
There is 1 parking space available in the driveway of the home with 1 spot available in an overflow lot (for 1 additional vehicle).
Trailers, RV's, boats and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Dune Alright at The Villages of Crystal Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Dune Alright. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

 


Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
