LIVING AREA

The Gulf front living room features a couch, loveseat and two retro chairs with seating for seven. A large cable-ready flatscreen smart TV is ready for you and your favorite football game, or to catch a movie with the kids. The kitchen table with seating for four and the breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen to the living room with seating for four make the living area a perfect place for everyone to kickback and unwind. Relax on the sofa and sip a glass of wine while you watch the kids play a boardgame on the coffee table.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils you need to create the most delicious of recipes for any meal of the day. When it's time to enjoy the meal, a dining table for four and the kitchen bar with seating for four offers plenty of room for everyone to dine comfortably. If dining while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is more your style, grab your plate and head out to the pub table on the private balcony with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably – up to 4 adults due to bunk bed limitations.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The remodeled master bathroom features a standing shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed perfect for two adults or your teenager who wants to getaway and chill.

The bunk nook contains a twin over twin bunk bed suitable only for kids under the age of 14.

The second full bathroom near the kitchen features a standing shower.

CONDO AMENITIES

Enjoy beach service for two included with your stay! Two beach loungers and a huge beach umbrella are provided at no extra cost for you to enjoy! Just let the beach attendant know you're ready to get some sun!

This condo features a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto the spacious furnished balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico directly on the ocean. The balcony, with space for four at the pub table or two in the heavy-duty loungers, is the best place to watch the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico. This resort is full of wonderful amenities including a pool that overlooks the beach, BBQ area, tennis courts onsite and shuffleboard.

PARKING

Parking for two vehicles is available. Guests will be required to purchase parking passes from the HOA desk for $30.00 per vehicle (cash or check only!)

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. Moondrifter's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Longboard's and Hammerhead Fred's within walking distance. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick 10-minute walk to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.

very nice place
The place was very clean, had all the amenities that we needed. The family had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. The only things i had a problem with was 1. there is a 30.00 parking pass you have to pay for and you have to catch the office open to get them and the wristbands required to stay on the property. 2. I couldnt find checkout instructions. Hopefully when we checked out, we did everything as close to right as possible. Other than this, we had a great time, loved the view, loved the complex, would stay here again!

Overall O-K
Checked in very late but was easy to check in. It’s an ok place! Floors could have been mopped and definitely needs some pest control as there was couple roaches in kitchen. Seriously would recommend some better beds as they were horrible. Do not count on sitting outside and charging your phone.. those outlets are just for looks lol. Water pressure? Better off showering in the sprinkler:) . But not a huge deal breaker for me. The convenience of a smaller resort was great! But elevators make a lot of noise. So definitely got my steps in with the stairs. Wasn’t crowded or loud from spring break. If unit got better beds and cleaned a little thoroughly and got the pests gone I’d rent again. I know many people that rent their condos out.. and strike for perfection. I think these owners should too. But it is older building and I do understand.. if all above was corrected would rent again..

What a beautiful property it was. Great panoramic view from the balcony. Close to lots of entertainments and restaurants, as well as stores. Walking distance to some of them. Can’t wait to get back this year.
