3541 Shipwatch Road is a beautiful top-floor Seascape Villa in West Beach. Take in the tranquil Kiawah Island maritime views from your private porch. This home was recently updated in 2022 and features a freshly painted interior, exposed beams, beadboard accents, fresh wallpaper, designer lighting, and a new HVAC. You will also find new wide plank luxury flooring throughout.

The open-concept living space is light-filled with a vaulted ceiling, and the kitchen is equipped with granite countertops. Its spacious bedroom showcases a king bed, a ceiling fan, an en suite bath, and a stackable washer and dryer tower. Outside, the screened porch features new flooring, outdoor furniture, and a storage closet.

Building #8 is the closest building to the beach, located at the foot of the path at Boardwalk #7. It offers a bicycle rack and assigned outdoor storage underneath the building. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
