"Beach Buzz" is located on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. This home has 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 27 guests. This beachfront dream home features a private outdoor pool, outdoor putting green, fully-equipped kitchen, a theater room, and recreational areas complete with a pool table, arcade style gaming console, and a foosball table! For convenience this home is also equipped with a luxury elevator that goes to all 4 floors.

As you enter the home on the first floor to your right will be a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and to your left a spacious theater room. Continuing on through the home you will come to the first floor kitchenette and wet bar area that opens up to the pool deck. The pool deck features a beachfront private pool with underwater bar seating, a bed swing, outdoor putting green, cornhole boards and a ping pong table.

Up on the second floor, you'll find the main living area featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table all with perfect views of the gulf. Additionally the main living area opens up to a spacious, furnished walk-out balcony; the perfect spot for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Going towards the streetside of the home are the first 2 bedrooms. One room has a queen over king bunk bed with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed and shared en-suite with shower/tub combo.

Going up to the third floor to your right will be a loft recreational area featuring a pool table. Right next to the loft is the third bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite with walk+-in shower. Going towards the beachside of the home to your right will be the first washer/dryer set and straight ahead are 2 beachfront bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds, private en-suites with walk-in showers, and furnished walk-out balconies.

Going up to the 4th floor to your right will be the 2nd washer/dryer set and adjacent to the laundry room is the 6th bedroom. This bedroom will be a fun ship-themed bedroom with 2 queen over queen bunk beds and a pyramid bunk (twin over twin over queen bunk) plus private en-suite with walk-in shower. Going towards the beachside of the home, you'll find the king master suite with stunning ocean views. The spacious master suite is equipped with a comfy sitting area and private walk-out balcony. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, perfect for relaxation, and a walk-in shower.

Beach Buzz requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2024:
Summer: June 8 - July 27 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday)

2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Perfect family getaway
We had 9 adults and 11kids enjoy this getaway to celebrate Grandpa’s 60th birthday! We loved the house which was beautiful and a perfect set up for any group! The location was amazing with beautiful beach, wonderful patio, pool, hot tub, and close grocery stores. Holiday Beach Rentals took great care of us! Would rent this place again for sure!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect and all of the amenities are fantastic. We did have some issues with the property. The home was not as clean as it should have been. When we moved the coffee table there were dead bugs and food underneath. The fire alarm went off when we opened the oven door after preheating due to a very unclean oven. The fire department had to come to turn it off. Then, it kept going off for no reason later that evening. The fire department was getting pretty annoyed. A dining room chair broke when my husband sat on it. He hit his head and was slightly injured. Upon inspection, the chair had been repaired several times due to messy glue seen on the legs. The elevator had to be rebooted during check in. There were no golf clubs left at the property for the putting green. The master fan did not work and the swing outside fell from the ceiling due to it not being secured in a stud with my kids on it. Luckily no one was injured, as previously on the dining room chair, The maintenance staff came and remedied everything except the swing which then sat on the ground the remainder of the trip. The home also has a lot of damage. There are holes in the walls and just dings and a lot of wear and tear. The ladies in the office were helpful and did their best but there were a lot of issues. Simply outstanding
Our stay was perfect. The house was in a perfect location on the beach, very well equipped and had plenty of space for extended family. I would definitely recommend this house. House had everything you could possibly need. Hands down one of the best places we stayed at.
