As you enter the cabin you will be greeted by vaulted high ceilings with a log burning fireplace, a convenient coat rack to your right and an antique desk to place your keys and charge your phone on one of the wireless chargers. The main floor also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with gas burning stove, King and Queen bedrooms, and a full bath.
There’s more fun down on the lower level, where you will find a game room that has a dart board, piano, projector movie screen, ping pong table, and several books to enjoy. Another full bathroom is adjacent to the game room. The day bed downstairs provides comfortable lounge seating to cozy up and watch movies and when it’s time to wind down, two can comfortably sleep with the pullout trundle.
Exit out the back and you will be greeted by a massive backyard shaded by the pines, a furnished deck and a propane bbq.
You will have the cabin all to yourself.
There are 3 level off street private parking spaces right out front.
Winter Conditions:
Please be aware that snow storms can be extraordinary, affecting local services as well as amenities (grill, deck, outdoor seating) at the cabin. In extreme circumstances, pathways may be slippery or difficult to use.
A shovel is provided on site for guests to use. Snow cover is expected periodically during the months of November to March and is outside the hosts' control.
The streets are swept by the city but you may need to use the provided shovels to clear the walkway or parking spot. Every effort is made to leave at least one parking spot ready for your entry.
Mid-stay and departure snow removal is guests responsibility. With enough notice, we will assist with making arrangements to have additional parking spots cleared prior to your arrival.
Due to the volatility of weather in the mountains we strongly suggest all guests procure traveler's insurance. We also graciously ask that guests not request refunds for reasons outside of the hosts' control. You are choosing to book this listing and live like a local. As a result, you may be subject to power outages, storms, snow, wind, and rain.
