Plan to visit Camp Richardson, just 2.5 miles away, for boating, biking, beachside fun in the sun.

Heavenly Ski Resort is a short 7-mile drive away and offers year-round activities including skiing, tubing, zip-lining, and canopy tours.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The second-floor living and dining area feature polished hardwood floors and tasteful minimalist furnishings. There is plenty of room for your group to stretch out after a day on the lake or the slopes. Enjoy the gas fireplace, relax on the plush leather sectional couch, and watch a movie on the 65in flat-screen TV.

Cook a hearty meal in the contemporary kitchen with glass-top range, high-end fixtures, and side-by-side fridge. Enjoy the evening paper at the marble kitchen bar with seating for two. When dinner is ready, sit down at the handcrafted dining table with seating for six.

Three bedrooms and two baths accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed fitted with a memory foam mattress and a 40in flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub.

The kids will love the second and third bedrooms - each of which is furnished with a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. Both rooms enjoy a view of the dock.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

LOCATION

In addition to all of the recreational opportunities available, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants - from Mexican to Mediterranean to American and Thai - within a 10-minute drive along Lake Tahoe Blvd. Coldwater Brewery & Grill, a local favorite, is known for its seasonal meals, local brews, and Sunday brunch with build-your-own Bloody Mary bar.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. VHR License # 9548.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
