I would give it -5 stars if I could. When we got there the house was not even ready, it was all messy just like the previous customers left it. I called management and they got there an hour later saying that they did not know we were staying there after I had sent driver licenses for everyone staying at the home and everything. Also, they said that since it was 4th of July they didn’t have anyone to clean the home until the next day which we of course said we were not able to stay in those conditions. He talked to the owner to give us a full refund for the issues and we were going to stay somewhere else. A few hour later we git an email from VRBO stating that a partial refund was being issued the owner said that on their end a full refund was in process. I spent a week talking to VRBO and they were waiting for the owner to cancel the reservation to get us the full refund and the owner wasn’t answering them. However, it took a lot of calls, hours on the phone and almost a week later to get the money back. Also, once you get there the neighborhood doesn’t look good and the pool looks a lot smaller than in the picture. Not to mention that they have a hold on the A/C until 5pm and it is 80 fahrenheit. If you do not want yo risk having the worst experience of your life and probably loosing your money DO NOT STAY HERE.
