Your mountain getaway features vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, and a fun game room. Take in stunning Big Bear Lake views from the spacious second-story deck, equipped with a grill.
Located just 2 miles from Bear Mountain and 4 miles from the lake; downhill skiing, hiking, and water sports activity are only a short drive from home.
LIVING AREA
The main living room features vaulted wood ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Sprawl out on the sleeper sofa and recliner for a movie screening on the 55in smart TV.
Unwind downstairs in the bonus living space that doubles as a game room and offers two recliners, a wood-burning fireplace, ping-pong table, foosball, and 55in smart TV. A sleeper sofa and twin-over-twin bunk bed provide additional slumber space.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen includes plenty of cabinet storage and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Gather at the six-seat table for an evening meal or game night.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and the sleeper sofas.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, armchair, spacious closet, and a view of the mountainside. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom provides a queen bed, and a second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom holds a comfortable full-size bed.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Sliding glass doors lead to the second-story deck outfitted with a grill. Spend leisurely afternoons enjoying the breathtaking forested views of Bear Lake and the ski slopes.

A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and driveway parking for two vehicles are provided. Street parking is not permitted.
This rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. However, there are ceiling fans in the family and bedrooms.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
LOCATION
This mountain home offers the ultimate home base for outdoor enthusiasts; located 6 minutes from Big Bear Ski Resort. Hit the snow-covered slopes in the winter or hike the trails at the nearby Bear Mountain State Park during warmer months.
Drive approximately 4 miles and take a refreshing dip in Big Bear Lake. Rent stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, or boats at numerous marinas that line the lake's 23 miles of shoreline.
Check out the wildlife at nearby Big Bear Alpine Zoo - a rehabilitation facility offering injured, orphaned, and imprinted wild animals a safe haven.
Grab a tasty sub at Grizzly's Bear Belly Deli or check out The Captains Anchorage for steak and seafood in a historic American lodge -- both less than 2 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
