This three-bedroom home is located in the heart of Montecito, a short drive from the breathtaking Butterfly Beach or to downtown Santa Barbara, making it an ideal rental for anyone who wants to experience the area, yet return home after adventures to a home in a quiet neighborhood for retreat and seclusion.

Outside, a private backyard allows you to comfortably unwind. Relax beneath the covered patio. Grill for your guests and dine alfresco. The beautifully landscaped yard creates a fresh and authentic space.

A well-designed living area connects two family rooms, a dining room, and the kitchen, all with exquisite hardwood floors. The living room has a 55-inch smart 3D TV with a Blu-ray player, comfortable seating, and a large sliding glass door leading to the back patio. The second living room includes a tranquil lounge space.

The well-equipped kitchen has polished granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, and a bar overlooking the dining area.

The enormous primary bedroom has a 40-inch flatscreen TV and a newly remodeled bathroom with a marble double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Two spacious guest bedrooms are located off of the dining room, along with a full bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

With gorgeous beaches and the bustle of downtown Santa Barbara a short distance away, you won't have to sacrifice convenience for the privacy and quietude found at this rental. Walk along the smooth sand of the famous Butterfly Beach and witness spectacular sunsets you won't soon forget. Remember to keep an eye out for your favorite celebrity who might be staying at the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel right there on the beach!

Just minutes from your rental, you can enjoy some regional cuisine, then step outside to walk the historic grounds of San Ysidro Ranch. Head to the Lower Village for some shopping, or catch a concert at the local outdoor amphitheater, The Santa Barbara Bowl. If you would like to explore the city for yourself, rent a bike and ride along the charming tree-shaded roads. The world is your oyster in lovely Montecito!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The homeowner does live on the property and has a completely separate living area including yard and parking. Guests have exclusive access to the house and backyard and the homeowner respects guests privacy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
