This newly built 3BR condo is a luxurious retreat located on the Balboa Peninsula and was selected as the winning home for the television show House Hunters on HGTV! The three-story home features a spacious rooftop deck, gourmet kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows with coastal-chic design elements throughout. Complimentary amenities include bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, and additional beach gear.

This prime location is within walking distance to local shops, tasty eateries, the ocean, Newport Bay, Balboa Pier, Ferry, and Village.

LIVING AREAS

Unwind on two comfortable sofas by the gas fireplace in the living room and watch a movie screening on the 50in flat-screen TV. Pops of vibrant color are sprinkled throughout the modern space including unique wall art, throw pillows, and lush plants.

KITCHEN & DINING

The posh kitchen features quartz countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, and open shelving. Elegant pendant lights hang above the kitchen island with seating for three.

Enjoy home-cooked meals around the gorgeous wood dining table set for six.

BED & BATH

This condo includes three bedrooms that sleep nine total. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Find quiet privacy in the large master bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed, and 50in TV. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 50in TV, a closet, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and water closet. A twin-over-full-size bed and additional full-size trundle are found in the third bedroom, as well as a 50in TV and closet.

OUTDOOR AREA

Impressive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area open to the front balcony. A private third-story rooftop deck takes outdoor living to another level-- complete with expansive Newport Bay and city views. Enjoy ultimate relaxation on the comfortable sectional furniture or sink into one of the armchairs.

Chefs will love the outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill and sink. Grab a cold beverage and gather for game night or al fresco meals.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Complimentary guest amenities include beach cruiser bikes, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, and beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available. A washer/dry and complimentary Wi-Fi provided.

LOCATION

Spend the day at the beach and soak up the sun. Ride a jet ski along the coastline, or get a workout and standup paddleboard your way across the bay. Ride some of the area's biggest waves at surfing hot spot The Wedge-- located at the end of the Peninsula.

No need to worry about driving-- you're conveniently located less than one mile from the Balboa Pier, Balboa Ferry, and Balboa Village. Explore Balboa Island's Marine Avenue-- full of chic coastal shops, quaint restaurants, hip bistros, and historical museums.

Balboa Peninsula is home to the original Ruby's Diner, as well as local favorites Crab Cooker and Woody's Wharf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
