5 Bed home near SNC / Lambeau Field! SLEEPS 13+

The home is 4 bedrooms. 5 beds! Room 1 has a queen bed, Room 2 has a queen, couch, and reading chair, and room 3 has 2 queen beds, and Room 4 has a queen bed! There is also a sectional that can easily sleep 2 if need be. This spacious home is located within walking distance to Anytime Fitness, Kwik Trip, Festival, Aldi, McDonald’s, Oak Street Cafe, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and much more. A short 3 minute drive to St Norbert College and 8 minute drive to Lambeau Field!



The space:

When you walk up to the home you will walk up a set of 4 stairs onto a porch with porch furniture and a flat top grill. Then you will enter into the front door with a key code provided by me. Then you’ll enter into an entry room open concept with a bedroom to your right and the living room/kitchen to your left. The living room has a sectional couch with a 70 inch TV. The kitchen has a large island that can sit 5 people. Off the kitchen is a private office. Then keep going straight through the entry hallway and your second right is the bathroom. If you keep following this hallway, you will hit a stairwell of 3 steps into a second smaller living room. Straight through this living room, you can enter the backyard where there is a propane fire pit. To the right you of this room, will be a stairwell into the basement where the laundry is set up. Around the left corner of this room, you will find a stairwell to the upstairs. Off the right of the stairs, you will find a doorway with a hallway leading you to two bedrooms. To the left of the stairs, you will find the loft style bedroom with 65inch tv and couch/reading chair.

Other notes:

The stairwell to the upstairs bedroom(s) is not ideal for anyone who has difficulty walking. 3/4 bedrooms are up the stairs. 1 is loft style. And 2 are to the right of the stairwell. There is a door on the stairwell/hallway that will lead you to the 2 bedrooms off the right. Please be aware that if not paying attention where walking, there’s a possibility someone could fall.

Neighborhood Description :

The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The street is a dead-end street so traffic is minimal. It is a peaceful area to take a walk or just sit on the front porch and relax.
