Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool,BBQ Grill, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (5 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is a residential area with a mix of single-family homes and multi-family units. There are also a few businesses in the area, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a bank. The neighborhood is close to the beach and has several parks and playgrounds.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
