**PLEASE READ: Current County regulations limits occupancy dramatically, we are only allowed to advertise and host 7 people currently. Street parking is not allowed per Washoe County Short Term Rental Regulations. **
-Spacious 2 story + loft single family home with attached garage. Vaulted ceilings in living and dining room make the space feel open and inviting.
-The living room features a large sectional and wall mounted 55" smart TV. Living room TV includes streaming services (additional Apps are available with your own login info). Various games, puzzles, and books are provided as well.
-Fully stocked kitchen with range/oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee maker, dishwasher, and all your basic cooking necessities (including crock pot and toaster oven).
-Large loft with foosball table, 19 classic arcade titles, 10 classic pinball titles (pics have all titles listed), couch (twin pull-out bed), comfy glider chair, and children's toy chest.
-The large primary suite has a king size bed, private deck, large closet, dual vanity, and walk in shower in the on-suite bathroom.
-The junior primary has a king bed, large closet, and walk in shower in the on-suite bathroom.
-Bunkroom features two twin over full bunk beds, bean bag chairs, & 50" smart TV.
-Space heaters and fans are also provided in each room to accommodate different sleeping preferences.
-Sleds, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler w/ice packs, & other amenities are provided.
-Attached garage.
-Private deck and backyard with large trees!

Attached garage with room for 1 small to mid sized vehicle. Driveway can fit larger vehicles, 2 when parked tandem. Street parking is not allowed per Washoe County Short Term Rental Regulations.
Other things to note
**Please Note: The Incline Village private beaches will no longer be available to renters. This decision was made by our local Government and we have no control over this restriction. The public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Incline Village is located in the Sierra Mountain Range of Nevada and the area get's extreme weather. Always check weather reports and make sure you have AWD/4WD or carry chains during Fall & Winter months. Even if the highways are clear the snow sticks longer where we're located so please be prepared so that you can enjoy your stay. A snow shovel is located in the garage if needed.

FYI, Internet and power is very consistent but because of the infrastructure and terrain, outages do happen at a higher rate than most big cities are used to.

There is no A/C, which is typical for the area. We provide fans and with leaving open windows it's almost always sufficient to keep it comfortable during warmer months.
