Just one-and-a-half miles north of the Flagler Beach pier, this vacation gem is famous for fishing and surfing, and the quaint downtown area is teeming with oceanfront dining, shopping, nightlife, bike and hiking trails, and a weekend farmers market. A place where time has stood still, offering no signs of urban development, where the beaches are secluded, the fishing is fabulous and the surf is family-friendly.

With an unobstructed view of the Atlantic ocean, the lower-level living space is open and inviting. Look out through the sliding glass doors from a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size bed. There is a 50-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a DVD library for your movie viewing pleasure. If you wish to cook while on your vacation, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare your meals while looking out onto the blue horizon and then dine from a table with four chairs. Easy care tile floors and the renovated downstairs bathroom with a bath/shower combo offer easy accessibility after a long day playing at the beach. The lower-level oceanfront patio is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cool beverage or glass of wine while watching the waves roll in from one of the patio chairs.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. the main suite features a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a direct ocean view balcony, where you can watch the sunrise from the bed or sit out on the balcony. What better way to get your vacation mornings off to a sunny start? The second bedroom has a queen bed and a closet and a small TV can be shared by both bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom, also renovated offers a spa look and feel with a large step-in shower. The new hickory wood floors on the second level give this cute townhome a modern feel of comfort and style.

The driveway located on the west end provides assigned parking and access to the utility garage where you will find a washer and dryer, a BBQ, one bike, beach chairs, and a private entrance into this townhome-style condo. The Sea Watch villa pool is quiet and uncrowded offering ocean views while sunbathing in one of the available lounge chairs.A1A thru Flagler Beach was named Florida's most scenic road with miles of unobstructed ocean views due to 'no high rise condos' invading the beach. There are also many other activities nearby to enjoy. You can swim with the dolphins at the recently renovated Marineland Aquarium or head to the Palm Coast Marina with daily fishing charters and kayak and boat rentals. Flagler Beach is conveniently located with historical St Augustine 35 miles north and Daytona Beach 35 miles south. Easy day trips include Kennedy Space Center and Disney area attractions each within an hour-and-a-half drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
