Palm Breezes is a Gulf view, 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom Blue Mountain Beach home that sleeps 12. Guests will love the private boardwalk that leads to the beach and an outdoor entertainment area that includes a large sitting spa.

The entryway has lots of space to store jackets, beach gear, and bags and leads past the staircase to a primary bedroom with a king-size bed tucked at the end of the hall. This light and airy bedroom has tile floors, a 45” TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and French doors that open to a lovely covered porch. From here, guests can walk down to a back deck and entertainment area where they can cook dinner on a gas grill and eat beneath the trees or relax their tired muscles in a large sitting spa. A private boardwalk connects to the deck and winds through the trees to beach access.

The second floor comprises an open living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful Gulf and neighborhood views. A spacious chef’s kitchen has a long granite-topped island that features a 5-burner gas cooktop and seats 4—an adjacent dining table seats 8. The comfortable living area enjoys views of the balcony and has a leather loveseat, queen sleeper sofa, and armchairs surrounding a gas fireplace and 65” Smart TV. A shared bathroom off the living area has a double vanity and shower. Guests can step out onto the balcony from a door off the dining area or enjoy beach breezes from a veranda accessed from the living area.

A second primary bedroom, a bunk room, and a guest bedroom are on the third floor. The bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a 32” TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A guest bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, 50” TV, a small writing desk, and a spacious bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Guests staying in the second primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a 48” TV, a writing desk with Gulf views, and a private veranda with Gulf views. The bedroom’s private bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a separate shower.
