Centrally located with easy access to the Tart Trail, this adorable condo is the perfect place for an intimate get-a-way for two. You will enjoy the proximity to beaches, local shops, fabulous restaurants and downtown proper.

The Lux 412 has been designed especially for you and to create a wonderful vacation experience!

Please enjoy all of the amenities! The bedroom offers a queen size bed with advanced memory foam mattress for your comfort. If needed, you'll find extra pillows and blankets in the closet.

You'll love the well appointed kitchen with all of the utensils, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and glasses you'll need- just bring your groceries. French Press and Keurig on hand with a few K cups and freshly ground coffee to get you started.

Help yourself to the washer and dryer. Supplies are located in the closet

By design, we offer only one TV. We want you to enjoy your stay and take in all the exciting adventures our town offers! But on inclimate days, enjoy a good movie! There is a Smart TV in the living room for you to use your personal login for streaming services.

The building includes a beautiful community room for additional space. It's on the 4th floor. If you've brought your bike, please feel free to access the bike room on the 4th floor- you will find tools, pump and a place to hang your bike.

Everything we needed

This place was perfection. Clean, modern building. Easy parking. Short drive from downtown TC and from Blue Bridge where we attended a wedding. The host left a thoughtful gift for us with a handwritten note plus a booklet of helpful recommendations. Kitchen was well stocked - we made coffee with the grounds and French press provided. TV was set up with streaming apps. Bed was very comfy (memory foam). Zero complaints, only praises from us.

Perfect place for a Couple Get-a-Way

This property is clean and well kept. Even though we ran into a snag getting into the building, help was there immediately. The owner was very kind to us. We took a drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes - only 45 minutes away as well as wine tasting and fun restaurants. I already recommended it to a friend.

Amazing weekend trip!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Located so close to Front Street and also a nice short drive to Sleepy Bear Dunes. Great location and relaxing place to come home to.

Wonderful spot on the TART trail!

We loved our stay, especially the fact that we could just roll right onto the TART trail to get to town or wherever we wanted to bike to. The bike storage within the building was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the building was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!
