Welcome to Agarita Shores! This fantastic waterfront three bedroom, two bath home has it all! A private dock, private pool, Tiki Bar and two kayaks! Fenced backyard, and amazing views of Salt Lake! Spend the days exploring Salt Lake by kayak or soak up the sun at the pool. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony. Fish from the dock, or just relax in the coastal breeze while sipping on a cool beverage.
Inside you will find open concept living, kitchen, and dining, and great water views. The living room sofa, love seat, and arm chair are over sized and so comfy. It is a great place to gather for movie night or the big game. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tons of granite counter space, four barstools, and is stocked with everything you need to cook up the days catch or whip up a pitcher of ritas. The large dining room table has seating for six and great views of Salt Lake. The master bedroom has a king bed and the attached bathroom has a walk in shower with a luxurious rain shower head. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own TV with ROKU.

We loved the location and the home was beautiful and spotless. The pool was clean and refreshing. The whole property was clean and well maintained and our family really enjoyed staying there. Great property for families (had my grandchildren ages 21 mths and 4 yrs). Definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Excellent!

We had a great time. Had fun kayaking, swimming, and watching baseball in the back yard at the tiki hut. Nina was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We had to shift our days due to hurricane Beryl, which they did without hesitation (luckily there were no conflicts with other bookings). We had an awesome time and cant wait to go back.

Relaxing and Fun Memorial Day Weekend

The home was beautifully decorated, very well provisioned and clean. We really appreciated the small kitchen dishwashing package, initial supplies of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. They just made our stay that much more comfortable. There was a good mix of general spices for cooking, too, and plenty of pots and pans. We spent all of our weekend time playing in the pool, lounging around the tiki bar, and fishing. We all want to go back again!

We all had a fantastic time. The kids loved everything about the place. My favorite part was being able to fish right there and not have to go anywhere and when you got to hot you could just jump in the pool and cool off. The only small issue was the master suite shower the water pressure is awful and it takes a long time to take a shower and wash your hair. And the furniture in the living area is not made for old people with bad knees, it was way too low. But other wise the place was perfect and my grandchildren are requesting a return visit. Thank you for sharing you home with our family.

Great family friendly spot!

This is our second time staying here at this beautiful home, everything was perfect as before. The rooms were great, clean and all the appliances in the kitchen were perfect for cooking our everyday meals. The back yard with the pool and lake is splendid as well. The only thing I would suggest is to have a better study gate for the top and bottom of the stairs for the kids. As well as adding some light to the bottom floor where the pool/patio is at. During the night it is difficult to see where you are going. And maybe in the future add a safety gate for the lake to give some peace of minds to parents with little kids who can run off. Other than that, a perfect spot to spend with the entire family and enjoy some beautiful sunsets. Thank you and hope to be able to stay here again.

Pleasant and comfortable EXCEPT for the sofa. Extremely bad. And air filters needed changing. Really cute beachy feel inside. The stormy weather kept us from enjoying the outdoors so we had to be inside noticing the allergies acted up because of not being clean. Just letting you know your cleaning service is not doing a good job for ya. Kitchen trash bins were nasty not clean and shiny. We would come back.

Great family getaway

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath getaway with a pool. The view is beautiful. We took all of our kids ranging from 13 months to 15 years old. My husband and boys wanted to fish. Usually we stay on the bay side but I liked this property because of the lighted pier, pool, and kayaks; tried to please everyone. Fishing wasn’t the best but the boys did catch two keepers- a red and a black drum. Downstairs was under construction and whoever stays after that’ll be a huge bonus! The view is beautiful. A few things could be improved. The couches do really need a good cleaning! It says no pets allowed however the owners must have pets because we had white/grey animal hair all over our socks and clothes after sitting on the couches and floors. Also, personal preference, the master bedroom shower head is awful. We tried it and used the main shower because it’s definitely not a rain head and it sprays all over getting the outside of the shower wet. Overall we had a pleasant trip and enjoyed our stay. The lady who helped us through the process was amazing and super helpful. Thank you Suzanne!
