The Space:
A signed rental agreement and ID is required to check-in.

This designer 700 Sq Ft island retreat has been beautifully renovated and furnished. The entire unit is complete with hardwood flooring and has an open design capturing all the sunlight throughout the day! The living area has a large & comfy L-shaped sofa looking at a wall-mounted Flat Screen TV with ALL THE VIEWING PLATFORMS. Going into the kitchen, there's a cute dining table facing into the completely remodeled full kitchen. The kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances and is stocked with every cooking & dining essential.

The Master Bedroom sits right off of the living area and is complete with the COMFIEST bed, a dresser for those who love to unpack, a designated working space for the traveling worker, and a floor mirror to make sure you rubbed in all that sunscreen!

Connected to the Master Bedroom is the Master Bath, with a newly built and designed WALK IN shower with sea pebbles coating the floor & a shower head that might make you reconsider yours at home!

Downstairs is the outdoor shower with a stone slab and white beach wood. A great spot for anyone just coming back from the beach or looking to get a quick rinse under the sun while smelling the scent of the sea!

The brand new washer and dryer are also downstairs and FREE and accessible to all of our guests! Right off of the room is the private courtyard complete with several sun chairs, corn toss, a hammock, a dining area, and our own palm tree!

The unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire property! That includes the FREE parking, the corn sack & all beach games, the private courtyard & grill (shared with the downstairs unit), the OUTDOOR SHOWER, the Washer & Dryer, the HAMMOCK, and anything else our island retreat has to offer!

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful coastal neighborhood with plenty of rentals & entertainment venues! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and even closer to the intracoastal!

Getting Around:
Mostly everything is within walking distance. Some food options may be a short drive but parking is free and on-site!

* Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge *

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 fee per stay. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.

As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $8 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
