Parking for 4 cars is snug. Additional parking at the clubhouse. Street parking is prohibited in Salt Pond. RV and trailer parking is not permitted in the driveway.

Key cards are required for access to non-golf amenities ages 16 and up. Kids under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A copy of your lease is required to purchase key cards at the Clubhouse through the property manager. Contact the Golf Pro Shop to inquire about tee times and fees.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent and signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A $500 security deposit is required if you do not purchase insurance
