A quiet, Palm Coast getaway awaits at this lovely home, perfect for extended getaways. A spacious, single-level floor plan is designed for group living and provides all the comforts of home, so stay awhile! Outdoor living abounds on the breezy, fully screened lanai furnished with patio seating. Located on a corner lot, the home boasts a large, sunny lawn area - great for summertime fun and yard games.

Inside, an open layout and lofty, vaulted ceilings offer an airy ambiance and plenty of room to spread out. The sofas in the living room offer a comfortable place to kick your feet up inside while you stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The huge, island kitchen features a full suite of contemporary appliances, including an inset cooktop and double ovens, for easy meal prep. Spread out a board game to enjoy a fun evening with the family. Seating options include a bright breakfast nook with bay windows overlooking the lanai and a separate dining area. A day room/sitting area features a dedicated desk for remote work needs. Essential amenities include central air-conditioning free WiFi, an electric vehicle charger, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Place

This property was a great find for our family trip. The location and layout were a perfect fit for our plans. There were conveniences we haven't found at other rentals - liquid hand soaps in all baths, hand sanitizer, dishwasher and laundry pods, K-cup coffee cups. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Plenty of linens and towels. All the beds had very good mattresses. The house was exceptionally clean! Would highly recommend. For the owner/management team - the 10 digit entry code seems a bit much - 4 or 5 digits would be better and I wouldn't have had to look up the code on my phone every time. An external wired garage door opener would be a convenience.

Quiet Neighborhood

Neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and comfortable. Only negative thing is 2 rooms dont have tv's. Furniture was comfortable. They provided plenty of linen.

Awesome Place

This place was in between Daytona and St. Augustine. It was a perfect place. We loved staying here. Definitely would be back. It was perfect for my family.

Family stay at the Woodlyn retreat

I stayed at the Woodlyn Retreat in Palm Coast recently with my extended family and we had a wonderful time there. The house was spacious, bright, and comfortable. I also loved the fact that it was in a quiet area, but still easily accessible to the mall, restaurants, the cruise ship at Port Carnaveral, and to the major theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. I highly recommend staying at the Woodlyn Retreat.

Disappointed

I had several issues with this house- 1) Plastic bowls for cereal, etc?! 2) We had 8 people ( the max number of occupants and we were given only 1 garbage bag and 1 pod for the washer 3)No hair dryer is provided and the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker and no trays were available 4) Only 8 coffee cups, so we had to keep washing them 5) No garage door opener, so it was a bit of a hassle, 6) The TV was a huge issue- No cable is provided, so local channels were not available, the Roku remote was there, but no control box was hooked up, the master bedroom could get some local channels, but not the family room TV and the ability to stream was not an option, would have been nice to have TV’s in the other bedrooms (with cable). It definitely needs updating! We needed space for 8 family members as we were there for my Dad’s funeral, so it did provide that aspect. The house furniture is not comfortable and it just didn’t have an inviting, warm feeling when you walk in each time. The longer we stayed, the more disappointed we were with our choice.
