It has a full kitchen stocked with cookware, a full-sized washer and dryer and a large living room with mounted smart TV.
Perfectly located between Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains w/ quick access to I-70 and I-76. Only 12 minutes to Ball Arena and about 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater.

The Space:
This calm, Colorado inspired newly furnished 3-bedroom Aspen Unit, shares a large backyard, gas fireplace and outdoor seating with the (back) Pines Unit. It has its own fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and different flavors of coffee and creamer to start your day! You also have a private entrance and full washer/dryer just for your use.

-The main floor Living room has a Roku TV, brand new couches and chairs, the beautiful grand Dining Room table is a masterpiece. Entertain your guests from the fully stocked kitchen with coffee Keurig to start your day and plenty of cookware to create an amazing meal.

-Master bedroom is on the main floor with a new King Bed and Roku TV, it has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the backyard.

-There is a 1/2 bathroom right off of the kitchen, a small pantry and the Washer and Dryer.

-There are two bedrooms upstairs that are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

-First Bedroom has a King Size bed, a wall mounted Roku TV and plenty of closet and dresser space to feel right at home!

-Second Bedroom has two Queen Size beds, each with two side tables, lamps. With the closet, dresser and open floor space you'll have plenty of room to feel comfortable.

**NOTE**

We allow pre-approved pets with an extra pet fee. Both of the front Aspen unit and the back Pines unit allow pets. There may be other dogs in the shared backyard space, please stay with your pets and clean up after them. Doggy bags provided.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to this beautiful Aspen Unit. With access to a shared patio, outdoor gas fireplace and grill, with a fully fenced back yard. The driveway has two parking spots, one for this unit to park closer to the front porch, and Pines unit to park on the right closer to the backyard entrance. Free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in the Prestigious Regis/Berkeley Neighborhood, the Willis Case Golf Course is only a minute away. If you’re looking to get outside, there is a park 1 mile north called Clear Creek Valley Park.

•42nd and Tennyson- Along this popular few blocks, you will find micro brew tap houses, coffee shops, and many restaurants that are still open or available for delivery.

• Downtown is only a 10 to 15 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride. There, you will find all sorts of places to go and visit. The State Capitol Building, Denver Mint, Convention Center, Art Museum, Molly Brown House Museum, Coors Field and much more.

• Mile High Stadium/ Ball Arena – Home of the Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche, Six Flags/Elitch Gardens, Children’s Museum of Denver, Denver’s Downtown Aquarium, REI Flagship store, South Platte River Trail are all within a 10-15 min Uber/Lyft drive.

• I-70 is only minutes away – The gateway to the Rockies! Head west and see all the glorious mountains and the world famous Red Rocks. If skiing is what you are looking for, Loveland is only 55mins away, Keystone is 1hr, Breckenridge is also 1hr, away and Vail is only 1.5hr away. Or, Black Hawk and Central City Casinos are only 1hr away if gambling is what you like. All make for an easy day trip, so you can stay in Denver and not have to pay resort pricing. Easy commute up and back.

• Just a short drive off I-70 is Red Rocks where you will find one of the most amazing places to ever see a live concert and go for a hike that will be breathtaking. Trust us!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are both available in Denver! There's also the RTD Transit bus and train system, closest pickup is less then 5 minute walk from the house.

Other Things to Note:
There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
This is front Aspen unit, whose entrance is the front door. There is another rental unit attached that has an entrance via the backyard, you can see their front door when you are in the backyard. Let us know if you have any questions!
