We always recommend you rent a vehicle while in Miami, however due to the close proximity of this house to most tourist locations, Uber and Lyft are fairly inexpensive.

Remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
•Observe Check in 4pm and check out 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early check-in, however if it is available we charge $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check outs will incur up to a $75 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•Outdoor Surveillance cameras on site. There are 3 security cameras on the property. 1 Located facing the front parking. 1 Located facing building 1 Located facing the back area. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes only. No cameras indoors or in private areas.

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness will be charged accordingly.
