The Space:
The 2-bedroom, 2-washroom plus Den/sofa bed condo is located on top of a hill that has stunning views of Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest lake. Guests can enjoy the view while sitting on the patio or hot tub, overlooking the infinity solar-heated pool. The condo has an open living room that is connected to a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking or baking needs. The condo is totally self-contained, including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double-size bed which is comfortable for 2 people. The third bedroom is a den that has a double-size sofa bed.

The large balcony includes a patio table and outdoor seating, as well as a private hot tub to enjoy the lake sunsets.

Leave your car in our private parking and explore everything Ajijic has to offer. The space is ideal for spending time with friends and family. After a spectacular day of outdoor activities, relax in a solar-heated 89-foot infinity pool and dipping pool. Guests will have access to the tennis court, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse which includes pool tables, and a projection room. Our cleaning team disinfects all surfaces and follows COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Guest Access:
You will have access for entire suite also all the common area , the resort building have including pool , gyms , pool table play room .

How to operate the hot tub:
First activate the black water push to stop water from going then turn on the hot water knob and let it fill.
If you want more hot water let some water drain by deactivating the water push and then activate it again before opening the hot water again.

Common Areas Access Activation Policy:
To ensure a seamless experience in using the common areas, we kindly request that you complete the registration form for access card activation at least 48 hours before your arrival.
As we rely on the administration process for card activation, filling out the form at the last moment may result in the inability to access the common areas during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are crucial to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Strategically located nearby Ajijic, within short walking distance of malls, restaurants and even a Golf Course. EL DORADO offers you luxury vertical condos, in a secure residential development, featuring the most extensive Five Star Amenities of its class at Chapala Lakeside. You can play a friendly tennis game, take a dive in its large heated infinity pool, or relax in the ample jacuzzi while enjoying the views. Working out in its fully equipped fitness center is also an option, followed by a soothing massage in the spa. There are various decks and terraces for quality "me time", and a spacious club house with pool tables, lounges with wireless internet access, a stage, and a kitchen for fun social events.

Getting Around:
If you get tired of walking, then there is always a bus. The buses run often. Every fifteen minutes a bus will come along. The large buses cost a few pesos more than the smaller ones and they take the direct route. The small buses go around through the towns.
There are always taxis available.

You can get a taxi at the Guadalajara airport from the lakeside area and the cost is around thirty dollars. It takes about twenty-five minutes to get there by taxi. For short trips in town, they charge around four dollars and a little more to go from Ajijic to Chapala or Jocotopec.

If you are coming for a visit to explore the area and don’t want to go by bus or taxi, you can rent a car. Prices are reasonable if renting locally, however prices do increase when renting new vehicles at the airport. For a day, it costs from sixty to seventy dollars.
