Briarcliff Mountain View Lodge - 9 Beds! Lots of SPACE plus Hot tub, pool table, firepit, views!

Welcome to Briarcliff Mountain View Lodge! This home is perfectly located on Appalachian Ski Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock and offers a total of 9 beds between three levels, plus all the fun you can have at the firepit, hot tub, and pool table!

Enter the lower level from the gravel parking area. On this floor you'll find a kitchen and eat-in dining table for 6, full bathroom with shower, a game room with a pool table, a Queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two Twin singles and a Twin/Full bunk bed set.

Head upstairs to the main level and you'll find the family room with vaulted ceilings and big windows, allowing a lot of natural light to fill the room. The family room features plenty of furnishings including leather recliners, and there's a big TV next to the remote-controlled gas log fireplace. The dining table will seat 8-10. The main kitchen is here too, and it has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Also on the main level is another Queen bedroom and a full bathroom with tub/shower and a washer & dryer.

On the top floor is a loft area overlooking the family room with a fourth Queen bed, as well as a third bedroom with a Queen bed and a second loft only accessed through this room with a Twin bed. There's a shared full bath on this floor with a tub/shower, as well.

There's plenty of outside space to enjoy here! Through double doors by the dining table you'll head outside and find a combination gas & charcoal grill, a couple patio table & chairs sets, hammock, and a 5-person hot tub sunk into the deck. There's a second deck off the main level that's covered and has a swing and selection of rockers overlooking the mountain views. Enjoy smores by the firepit in the side yard too!

Perfectly located less than 5 minutes to the entrance of Appalachian Ski Mountain and less than 10 minutes to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Tweetsie Railroad, Briarcliff View Lodge is a great selection for your next High Country getaway!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The home is located on a gravel road with a gravel driveway. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required during winter months and chains may also be necessary in inclement weather.
- Mature, well-trained dogs are welcome here for a pet fee of $25/nt per pet. Max of two 50lb dogs.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.

Additional Notes:
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
